About BVI Property Search
BVI Property Search is an independent directory of vacation villa rentals in the British Virgin Islands. We gather listings from 15 independent, locally based rental agencies into one searchable place, so you can compare 292 villas by island, location, size, guest capacity and nightly price — then book direct with the agency that manages the villa.

How it works
Every villa on the site is managed by a local British Virgin Islands rental agency. When you find a villa you like, the "View & book" button takes you straight to that agency's own website, where you confirm availability, minimum stay and final rates, and complete your booking. We never take payments, handle availability calendars or require an account.
Some villas are represented by more than one agency. Where that happens, we show the agencies and their prices side by side on a single card, so you can compare before you enquire. All rates are shown per night in US dollars — the official currency of the BVI — to make comparison simple.
Because the site is a directory rather than a booking engine, the price and terms you agree are always with the agency that looks after the villa — the people who know the property, the island and the practical details of your stay.
