The Reefs has a spectacular location overlooking Cane Garden Bay and the famous Cane Garden surf break, with sunset and sunrise views. Very peaceful and private – a truly wonderful escape to start the day with that morning coffee overlooking Cane Garden. Enter though a private courtyard, overlooking the pool and out to the bay, into a generous open plan living/dining area. The oversized sliding doors opens up the corner of the living room to the pool and spacious deck, with all of the living areas flowing seamlessly out to the deck. The well equipped kitchen is a social space, with a large island where you can sit and chat while preparing meals. Dining can be inside or out on the deck overlooking the lights of Cane Garden Bay. A propane grill is provided for your al fresco dining evenings. The house is exceptionally well insulated and the living areas are designed to maximize the benefits of the cooling BVI tradewinds which, combined with the options of the ceiling fans, provides a very comfortable environment throughout the year. The sun deck has four loungers by the pool and there are plenty of options to retreat to relax in the shade with a good book – or just meditate watching the boating activity down in the bay.
